Artist
Based in the Evangeline region of Prince County, PEI, Leona Arsenault has spent over two decades capturing the Island’s natural beauty—quiet moments and the wildlife that shares the landscape.
PhoArts began in 2007, shaped by Leona’s love of being outdoors and her instinct for noticing light, colour, and composition as they appear. Her work often comes from spontaneous moments—when the weather shifts, a subject emerges, or a scene suddenly resolves into something worth keeping.
Each photograph and digital piece is a window into the beauty and wonder she perceives, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and experience the harmony through her unique vision.
